On my quest for truth , I talked to counselors, life coaches, shamans , religious scholars, and I would say her method when it comes to clearing blocks and understanding the mind are very effective. I think what is powerful is she creates a non judgmental space which allows you the opportunity to feel free to open your heart to yourself.
